"Excellnet accomodation and excellent value"
One week stay in spacious 1 bedroom condo waterfront on the 12th floor was outstanding--fabulous view of humpback whales, snorkeling right outside the hotel, sandy safe beaches a few minutes walk. I do a lot of business travel and this condo/hotel was certainly in the top 10% for cleanliness, service, amenities etc. Highly recommend it and will stay there again, soon.

We stayed here Christmas Week 2003. Absolutely wonderful. I was a little hesitant because it wasn't the most expensive place but reading some of these reviews encouraged me. We were in Suite 517 and it was just gorgeous. Everything seemed brand new. Oh my goodness.....the view.....floor to ceiling window in living room with a a huge lanai overlooking Molokai. The staff was very friendly as well. Get yourself some pineapple wine (Star Market across the street has it), sit on your lanai, and enjoy this wonderful condo. Best of two worlds staying at a condo with maid service!! Hope you can visit ------- and listen to my original music sometime. Aloha to all!
"Magical views from Mahana"
We have stayed on Maui several times & after staying at the Mahana several years back, it is the only place we stay. We love having a fully equipped condo with AC & Washer & dryer. We spent many evenings grilling by the pool & meeting some wonderful folks doing the same. It is defnitely not a pampering hotel type place, but for the independent traveler, it's perfect. Some of the condos are dated & not very desirable, but just let the staff know & they will move you to a better unit if space is available. We stayed in studio 1213 ( top floor ) and it was lovely with a new kitchen & lovely tropical decor. We will return for a month this summer.(2004) Can hardly wait. Coffee & breakfast on the lanai with a spectacular view of Lanai & Molokai is a fabulous start to every day there.
