• Enclosed by a lava-rock wall and pretty garden, a good-sized pool and hot tub provide relaxation and sunning on the spacious deck. For exercise, there's a tennis court. A grill area permits outdoor barbecuing.

No sunrise, sunset, or whale passes unnoticed from this tip of Poipu Point overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. At the edge of the bluff behind low, neat hedges, wooden benches provide front-row seating for the oceanic spectacle unfolding below—a blue-and-white musical of bass booms, rolling surf, and dancing spray.

Property amenities

The 79 condominium units are housed in two- and three-story, plantation-style wood buildings. The pool, sundeck, hot tub, barbecue area, and tennis court are seldom crowded. Access to upper floors is by outside stairs, not elevators.

The front desk arranges golf outings, helicopter sightseeing trips, luaus, and all other activities available on Kauai.

The 79 units are housed in two- and three-story, plantation-style buildings, with access to upper floors by outside stairs, with no elevators provided. Units are cooled by ceiling fans. Most have all-tile floors, with some providing area rugs.

On upper floors with full views of the Pacific from inside as well as from balconies. Especially spacious 1,900 square-foot units have one king bed or queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, and queen sofa bed in the living room. All have two bathrooms. 1,100-square-foot units are on lower floors with garden views and large furnished patios. One king bed or queen bed, plus queen sofa bed in living rom.
