"Extremely Nice Facility"
We just returned from a week's stay at the Outrigger Fairway Villas. We found the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit to be extremely nicely furnished and very clean with daily maid service and air conditioning ( a must while we were there). All units have a lanai with golf course and/or lake view. Guests can use the facilities of the Marriott Waikoloa; however, the units have a lovely pool and hot tub which were not busy. They are within easy walking distance of the Kings Shops where you will have access to shops, a general store and fast food as well as upscale dining. We were allowed a late (6 pm) check out at no additional charge as we had a late flight out of Kona. We could not have been more pleased with this property.
"Outrigger Fairways Villas"
Just completed a stay at the Outrigger Fairway Villas. We were extremely pleased with this condo property located near the Marriott Waikoloa and the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resorts. The unit was an air conditioned two bedroom 2 bath unit, extremely clean, nicely furnished with daily maid service. All units have a lanai overlooking the golf course and/or a small lake. The condos are within easy walking distance of the Kings Shops where you can find a general store and several fast food as well as other restaurants and shops. A shuttle bus leaves from the shops to the resort hotels. Guest of the Outrigger Fairways can use the facilities of the Marriott property although the units have a very nice pool and hot tub within the complex. The units are about a 20 minute drive from the Kona airport- would definitely stay again!
